LOW ENERGY

Do you have low energy

Having low energy is a result of NOT eating quality foods.  When a first-time vegan starts their transition, they don't know what to eat, so they turn to the internet for a list of vegan foods from a random website.  Boxed items are usually what they start to eat, which is NOT the way to transition or sustain longevity as a vegan.  If you read my beginner and starter kit page, you will see that incorporating boxed foods is not until your 8 months of transitioning.

Remember the old saying: You are what you eat.

Boxed vegan foods are NOT necessarily healthy for you if you abuse them.  Relying on them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is NOT recommended at all.

Knowing how to read a nutrition label on any food will make your life much easier.  So, what I would do is practice reading them over and over, until you're thoroughly ready to decide whether a boxed item is healthy or not.  When I first transitioned, I did NOT rely on any boxed foods at all.  I ate fresh, healthy fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and beans.  These were the staple foods in my pantry for close to 9 months. After the 9 months, I started to incorporate other items.

If you're NOT eating boxed foods, but are eating fresh fruits, vegetables, and others, then I think it's time to see your physical for a physical and get some blood tests drawn (metabolic panel, endocrine, and others).

You might also need:

* Consult with a nutritionist

* Multi-vitamin

* Mineral supplement

Mineral supplements are so important.  If one mineral is depleted in your body, more than likely, several others are also.  That's why I use:

* ConcenTrace by Trace Mineral Research > > >

* Real Salt by Redmond > > >
