Nested in the state of Utah is a company that was meant to dig underground! Scraping walls, running their machines and getting dirty is what they do best.  Redmond Real Salt has been in business since 1958 and provides consumers & businesses with a mineral-rich salt that has incredible taste.  A few of their varieties include powder, kosher, fine, and rock.  

 

I only buy my salt from a few companies that I really trust, and this is one of them. Consistency, quality, and taste are all qualities that lead me to this company.  If you look at my product page, you will see that I use this salt regularly and faithfully.  Personally, I believe that their salt is of the finest natural quality with nothing else added, just like Mother Nature intended it to be!

My initial opinion after contacting customer relations about a question on their salt was nothing but incredible.  The customer's relations name was Deb, and she was full of knowledge about their salt, along with the process.  I've had tons of conversations speaking with many customer reps, owners, and marketing personnel about products that they carry.  I am not fake; I don't misguide or misinform anyone.  Real salt products work for me!   

 

If I think a company's product meets my standards as a Vegan, which are:

* Is the product Vegan?

* Are they eco certified?

* How environmentally friendly are they?

* Is the product really natural?

* Is it organic?

* Does the company carry any other certification and awards?

* Are the representatives & marketing personal &customer relations knowledgeable

* How helpful are the representatives when I call?   

 

All the above play a factor in whether I want to purchase and use their products.  Real Salt is a company that will be around for centuries to come.  I will continue to use their products to enhance my food's taste, and to provide my body with natural, real minerals and vitamins, which it deserves.
