INTRODUCING NEW FOODS AND THE LIFESTYLE

Introducing new foods

Most of my reviews and information are from my own personal experience, not someone else's.  This is going to make a huge difference once you start to incorporate new foods into your diet.  I need to consume the food for myself and see the response my body has to it.

After getting my staple foods in place, and eating those for about 8 months to 1 year,

I started to incorporate new foods into my lifestyle.  It was all trial and error for the next few months to see how my body reacted to new foods.  If a food did not agree with me, I would eliminate it from my diet...immediately >>> it's that simple!

This is not something that you can do in 3 days or even weeks.  In my opinion, it takes months.

Switching to Veganism takes time for your body to feel the change, time for you to get your head together, and prepare for it mentally.

The best thing you can do, is to:
*START OVER
*START NEW
*START FRESH
*MASTER VEGANISM AND RESEARCH EVERYTHING!

This wasn't a change; this was a radical change for me!!!!
When I refer to Veganism, I don't use the word diet.  It's a dramatic lifestyle change that needed a lot of attention for me.  For me, being vegan is more than just not eating animal products.  It's the compassion you have and do for animals.  To make it a better place for them to live and outlive you.  Veganism also contributes to healthy eating, saving our planet, and other environmentally friendly practices you so desire.  It is a wide range of lifestyle endeavors, accomplishments, and satisfaction.  For me, I absolutely love being Vegan, it works for me and that's the most important.

Remember: For me...I did not reintroduce new foods until 8 months to 1 year after my staple foods were in place.  Healthy, clean, and the colors of the rainbow foods are what I consume, clean eating!
The new food list should be in moderation, only after your 8 months + of eating regular, clean, healthy foods.  Your body needs to adjust to what it's going through.  It needs to clean out all those heavy metals, fats, and other toxic foods that have been in your body for decades.

Note: I do not treat, diagnose, or cure diseases, ailments, or sickness. Consult with your MD, NP, CNP, Holistic Medical Doctors, or whoever oversees your food and

Introducing new foods should be a slow process.  It should not be rushed!
