 Veganism is not meant to be difficult!  Cooking recipes it not meant to be hard, but some first-time Vegans find it tough.  Veganism is not about cooking 6 recipes a day and sweating all day in the kitchen.  It's about feeding your body, the nutrients and vitamins it needs for optimum health!  We don't want you to be malnourished, sick, underweight or deficient in vitamins.  We want you to strive for a healthy balanced Vegan lifestyle, and here are a few suggestions below.  If you have a recipe or video suggestion, just email me and I will try and accommodate it as best as possible. Most dishes are accompanied with fruit, tea, vegetables, nuts or seeds for maximum health benefits ~ this is what I like, and it works well for me!

This website focuses on nutrient dense dishes, rather than fancy 5-hour recipes.   Anyone can spend 5 hours in the kitchen and create an incredible recipe, but I don't do that.  Here, at theveganspice recipes are not difficult.  Most ingredients should already be a part of your staple foods, thus; eliminating the need to go out and purchase 15 ingredients each day for your recipes. Any of the foods in my videos can be substituted to meet your allergies, needs and wants.
