Introduction

Welcome to the transition page!
This is an introduction to my lifestyle and what I have gone through to get where I am today! Veganism is not for everyone. It's a lifestyle that will keep you researching every day about foods, nutritional value, labels, fillers, additives, anthocyanins, anti-cancerous foods, and so much more. It's a lifestyle that I chose to dive hard into, and I am extremely happy with what I know and understand about food and how I feel mentally and physically.
Your transition begins with this page. A transformation that will take shape and finalize into whatever you choose it will become. Meaning, it's what you make out of it, just like everything in life.
Transitions of any type are hard, but transitioning into a different type of lifestyle is even harder. You will need to focus and focus hard. You will be presented with many obstacles throughout your transition, and you will overcome them, because I believe in you!
It doesn't matter who you are, how old you are, or what you look like. Willpower and dedication are two words that are in your favor.

Being prepared is the most important thing you need to master.
Most first time Vegans headed into their transition think it's very easy to become Vegan, but as their transitioning begins, they are overwhelmed by what's involved. Changing to this lifestyle is not difficult if your organized and ready. Those first-time vegans who have failed in the past have rushed and weren't prepared.

Your transition may take as long as you so desire, but do not fall into a rut, where you're going to be deficient in nutrients. Do not think too much into it, do not make it harder than it is. It is supposed to be something you look forward to and not discouraged about.
If you make it out to be hard, it's going to be hard!
My final thoughts:
The best thing about this website is that it's an open source for anyone who is looking for someone who actually went through the transition into veganism and succeeded. "The colors of the rainbow" is what I talk about in my videos. It's so important to consume a wide variety which will provide your body with a variety of nutrients.
Organization and variety are among the top concerns that I mastered in order for my transition to be smooth. Recipes on this website are not meant to be hard. They are meant to provide a nutrient-dense healthy meal that is needed for optimum health. These recipes work for me, and they work very well!
