Pistachios

An incredible snack with such a powerful vitamin profile.  This nut will surely benefit you IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT WAYS!

  

A few healthy benefits and tips below, based on 1 ounce:

* Over 3500 mg of Omega 6 fatty acids

* The Amino Acid score is over 100 which is very good!

* Pyridoxine B6, which is good for breaking down fats and starches into energy                and regulates

   blood sugar

* Vitamin E, prevents cell damage, skin cancers and aging 

* Niacin, which helps with nerve function
