Nori, Seaweed Sheets

Anyone can benefit from Nori, especially those who are deficient in B vitamins.

When I eat Nori, I just grab a sheet and eat it plain. 

 

The nutrients in 1 sheet of Nori are outstanding.  In fact, 1 sheet has more Vitamin C than an orange.  The best thing about Nori is that you can eat it right out of the package, plain with rice, or however you choose.    



A few health benefits and tips below, based on 1 sheet of nori: 

* Includes Iron, Zinc, Magnesium, Selenium, Beta and Alpha Carotene

* Organic and non-GMO would be my first choice ~ so healthy!

* A great source of Iodine, that supports your thyroid

* Dark green usually indicates its high nutrient profile  



I have eaten at least 50 different types of nori to find the one I love the best.  It might take you a while to find yours but be patient.
