Juicy and yellow, just the way I like my mangos!  With an incredible taste, great texture, and relatively inexpensive, this fruit is just what I need to boost my vitamin intake.  The health properties of mangos are just superb!

* Vitamin E, assists with blood clotting

* Vitamin K, regulates blood calcium levels
