Cacao powder

Light in weight & brown in color, this superfood will surely boost your immunity to the next level.  I think that the best type for me is the raw cacao powder.  It sits nicely in my stomach and filters beautifully through my kidneys & liver.  My experience with raw cacao powder is that some can be irritating or agitating to some organs, so be sure to check with your doctor if you feel slight discomfort.  With incredible health properties, this superfood has never failed me!

A few healthy benefits and tips below, based on 1 ounce:

* Calcium, support blood clotting

* Iron, transports oxygen

* Protein, promotes healthy metabolic processes

* Serotonin, increases the overall well-being 

* Unprocessed, in its natural state
