With an extensive mineral profile, this fruit is among the top 3 that will provide

long- term healthy benefits.  I don’t think I can ever go a day without eating an avocado. Explore their numerous health benefits, from heart health to weight management, and see why they deserve a spot in your diet.

A few healthy benefits and tips below, based on 1 medium avocado:

* Raises HDL levels, the good cholesterol

* Soft on your teeth

* Has a tremendous amount of good fats

* Very versatile

These are very addicting! I could eat like 5 a day, but I don't.  I would put these in the top 5 of all-time superfoods!
