Almond Milk
Yummy! Yummy! and more Yumminess!
There's a variety of commercial milk choices for vegans, but make sure you read the ingredient label to see what's in your non-dairy almond milk. I prefer to make mine homemade with a minimal amount of maple sugar and cinnamon, see video below!
A few healthy benefits and tips below, based on 1 cup:

* Iron, assists with muscle function and decreases fatigue
