The focus and intent of this website is to give you an insight on animal-free healthy food choices. In addition to incredibly tasty recipes, and my transition into the Vegan lifestyle. This site is packed with tons of information. I am a perfectionist at what I do, and I enjoy it!
This website is NOT intended to push Veganism onto anyone. I am NOT here to preach to you, nor am I here to make you change over to Veganism. You choose to do what you want, and no one is going to change that except you. This website is here for informational purposes only. It is not here to cure, ward off or treat disease, or illness. Before I transitioned into Veganism!
* Lifestyle living = Supplement use, animal diet, chest pain, heart palpitations,
working out at the gym and trying to get that awesome physique
* Total cholesterol = 475
* LDL's, bad cholesterol = 380 roughly
* HDL, good cholesterol = 40 roughly
* Triglycerides = Extremely high
* Weight = 201 pounds...my heaviest
* Height = 5 feet, 10 inches
* Liver enzymes = Out of Wack!
* Right shoulder decompression, with a bi-cep tendon tear, from working out
too much!
AFTER I BECAME VEGAN, 2007!
* Lifestyle living = Veganism, no supplements, no animal products, no more chest pain, no more palpitations, and tons of intermittent fasting!
* Total cholesterol = 190
* LDL's, bad cholesterol = 121 roughly
* HDL's, good cholesterol = 69 roughly
* Triglycerides = Very low
* Weight = 155 pounds
* Height = 5 feet, 10 inches
* Liver enzymes = Beautiful!
* Right shoulder surgery and recovered 100%
